What we do with your details.

This covers the forms on this website and the rehearsal room booking site.

Who we are. Limetree Music Centre Ltd, company number 10028854, of Unit 12, Lime Tree Business Park, 22 Lime Tree Road, Matlock DE4 3EJ. Email music@limetreemusiccentre.co.uk.

What we collect. When you use the free lesson, contact or recording enquiry forms we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. For a free lesson request that includes the instrument, who the lesson is for, the student's age and when you are free. When you book the rehearsal room we keep your name, email, phone, the bookings you make and the door codes we issue for them. Card payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Why. To answer you and to arrange the lesson, booking or session you asked about. That is a legitimate interest of ours and, once you book, a step towards a contract with you.

Who sees it. The Centre's directors and, for a lesson, the tutor who will teach you. Your message is delivered to us by our email provider, this site is hosted by Vercel and its data is held by Supabase; none of them use your details for anything else.

How long. Enquiries that do not turn into a lesson or booking are deleted within twelve months. Records of lessons and bookings are kept for as long as you are a customer and for six years afterwards for our accounts. You can delete your rehearsal room account yourself from your bookings page.

Your rights. You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our using it, by emailing music@limetreemusiccentre.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies. The booking site sets one cookie to keep you signed in to your bookings. The embedded map, videos and the free lesson form are provided by Google, YouTube and My Music Staff under their own terms.
